House Concerts is the way music was done in America in earlier times in America, from Colonial Era through the World War II Period.  A  gracious host/hostess often opened their home living room or den to a folk musician or typically small group of music people, now called a band.

The old way of House Concerts are still done via a network of House Concert hosts throughout USA.  But now the venues offered by communities and talent have expanded in communities throughout USA with choice and  preference.
